Apostle Professor. Shadrach Bature, the President/ Chancellor of IMPACT BIBLE COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY NIGERIA. A Native of Etilo in Katsina Ala Local Government area Benue State Nigeria. He is Married to Lady (Joy Oju Shadrach) and his is a father to two kids, Kendra and Kharis. He has so much passion for Christian education, Charismatic tourism and Ministerial humanitarian work. THE PROFILE OF REV. PROF. BARR. S.C. OYIGBO (PhD).
Rev. Prof. Barr. Samuel Chinedu Oyigbo (PhD) is a Notary Public and the Head of Chambers of S.C. Oyigbo & Associates in Onitsha, Anambra State of Nigeria. He is the International President of Ambassadors & Advocates Assembly (AAA) Inc. He is also the Legal Adviser of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Onitsha North, Anambra State of Nigeria as well as a Legal Adviser to many firms, institutions and individuals.

Rev. Dr. Barr. S. C. Oyigbo is learned and educated both in secular and sacred institutions where he studied Law, Administration, Education, Theology, Management, Information Technology, Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution amongst others.

Resultantly, S. C. Oyigbo Esq has many academic Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates and Awards which include LL. B (Hons.) in Law, B.L, LL.
